Issue - unit wont spin out clothes sometimes. NO error codes. Ran a test cycle to check operation.Tech line (;Butch ) SR 7739758255. Tech line said to have customer document what items & settings. Explained to customer.

"Customer stated unit started leaking from the front with really sudsy water and clean light was blinking and beeping. Found unit had f8e4 drip tray error, found drip tray had what seemed like detergent in it, cleaned out drip tray and tested unit empty in the auto test cycle. Found unit had no detergent or pod in it during test but unit sudsed up due to detergent buildup. Could not recreate leak but determined leak coming from unit getting too sudsy from detergent buildup. Gave customer affresh cleaning tab and advised customer to run cleaning tabs every few months to decrease risk of this happening again. Unit checks ok.; used 1 W10282479 (Affresh) from stock"

Door was partially re-assembled by customer. Assembled correctly and reinstall door. Confirm proper operation all checks are good customer to observe

"Found evaporator completely Frozen over, cleared out evaporator, found defrost drain completely plugged up, cleared out defrost drain, secured with wire tie, checked defrost sensor, checked fan, fan and sensor are reading properly, adjusted defrost setting to 8 Hour defrost, unit is starting to cool properly at this time, checks okay.; used 1 W11390781 (Wire tie) from stock"

"Checked unit for leaks, no leaks found, tested unit, unit is draining, unit is getting water, motor is functioning properly, found unit is oversudsing causing error, used affresh to run clean cycle, customer to observe, checks ok."
