When pulling transmission out of the bottom of the basket noticed metal stuck in the hole of the basket and completely destroyed. The basket bearings needs new Basket and hub nut to be able to complete. I was guided to A to Z appliance by the Whirlpool warranty dept. My brand new fridge was not acting right despite their troubleshooting advice. Jake and his trainee were sent when my original tech was unable to get here. They took my list of issues seriously, listened patiently to the ridiculous delivery saga..which they had NOTHING to do with….and diagnosed the problem immediately. Then went to work correcting the problem and leveling the appliance. They also did the set up check that did not get done by the delivery people. Jake took the time to explain why all the things on my list were connected in a way that made sense to me. He explained how the new energy efficient technology differed from my 20 yr old fridge, which made it seem ‘not right’. The fix worked perfectly! He also made a great suggestion about getting rid of the old appliance which was much appreciated! I will be calling them directly from now on!
