Issue Fridge section not cooling. There NO air flow to fridge section. Took freezer apart to exposeFreezer Evap. Both sides for return air from fridge were iced / frozen shut. I cleared out both. Ran unit To observe Evap operation - the Evap has 30% frost pattern. Put unit back together. Unit is about22 years old. Unit will need compressor W10160407 ( $ 445.78 ) / Relay WP12555902 ( $ 118.07 ) /Capacitor WP65889-4 ( $ 59.73 ) / Drier WPW10143759 ( $ 23.09 ). Parts $ 646.67 + Labor $ 699.00+ Tax $ 134.57 = 1480.24. Customer will replace fridge.

When I arrived the CNTRL Panel would not respond & water supply was turned OFF. I rebooted Elect CNTRL & checked for error codes NONE. I ran test cycle to observe operation -Checked Power supply unit checks OK for polarity & grounded. Checked Splutch / Belt / motor.Installed Wire to secure drain hose. Unit checks OK at this time. ; used 1 W11390781 ( Wire Tie) from stock

"Inspected unit, found water softener silt had clogged up filter in cold water valve, cleaned out silt and fabric softener build up in the softener dispenser, verified good water pressure advise customer and proper soap usage, all checks okay"

Installed --- multiple parts. Ran unit -- Checks OK.
