Unfortunately the issue with our dryer turned out to be something that was smarter not to fix given the repair cost and the age (15 years old). Even so, Jake took the time to triage the issues and gave us an honest assessment that gave us sufficient information to make a decision (not repair and buy a new dryer). He did what he could to keep it running a bit longer until our new dryer can be ordered and installed. We have used AtoZ before as well and the service, technical know-how, cost and overall professionalism is excellent. Highly recommend.
