Since, the appliance is 10 years old this was very helpful in taking the next steps. When we decided to repair instead of replace he had the part ordered and repair schedule within days. Tyler was very helpful, courteous and professional. Diagnosed and fixed the problem with our dryer. He gave advice concerning our washer, which is quite old and said the parts would be expensive because if it’s age so it probably isn’t worth fixing, when it comes to that point. I would definitely call this company again when I have an appliance repair need!
