"Found wire harness for control on door was not installed properly causing pins to pull out, and voltage to drop, reinstalled wire harness, and secured properly, tested unit, all buttons are functioning at this time, unit is not dropping power at this time, customer to observe, checks okay."

"Found unit stopped halfway through a cycle and said cycle complete, then left clothes soaked. Customer attempted to run a drain and spin but couldn't get it to, unit just spun for a moment and skipped to done. On arrival found F7E1 error, tested and unit went through all tests properly and could not recreate issue in normal cycle. Underneath found oil leaking from compressor and gray matter leaking from capacitor, oil leak bad but advised customer gray matter indicates capacitor failure that could cause issue. Replaced capacitor, advised customer transmission could fail in the future due to oil leak but customer to use unit as is for now, unit checks okay.; used 1 W11395618 (Capacitor) from stock"
