Dryer had bad idler. Replaced idler with maintenance kit reassembled and tested with customer operation checks ok. ; used 1 4392065 ( Maintenance kit) from stock

Disassembled dryer installed new motor reassembled dryer and tested with customer operation checks ok.

Tried calling customer In regards to labor still being owed of 120.00 plus tax for repair that was quoted back in January and not collected by tech last visit. Customer did not answer left message. Called tech manager and was told to put 9n for tomorrow and try calling again if customer has not called before then. ; schdld next appmnt for 3/28 TUE !

Motor hums when it is started have to move drum by hand for it to spin. Needs new motor; ordrng 1 W11549461 (Motor)

Replaced cooktop and panel. Tested with customer operation checks ok.
