Kitchen Aid told me 12 to 4 my technician would arrive. I received texts from A to Z asking if they could text. I replied yes. It came back my response was invalid. They continued to text asking if they could text but never liked my answer. This happened 2 or 3 times. The morning of the appointment, I called to see if I could get a better time frame. He had the wrong address. I was told kitchen aid never should have told me 12 to 4. They didn't have it available so switched me to 3 to 6. When I asked why I wasn't notified he informed me they had. They texted. I told him I just got texts asking if they could text. He insisted I was informed. I received the apt change text after talking to him. The technician called to say when on his way. He still had the wrong address. He said he had no idea of the apt change even though on the phone, I was put on hold so he could call the tech to see what he could do about the apt time. The technician did his best with a hopeless situation

It took two stops, but it seems to be working fine now. We had not put the washer under a load the first time. Whatever you did the second time worked. Thanks!
