Customer stated once unit gets to temperature it holds properly, just takes a long time to preheat.tested unit at 350 on bake and found unit beeped at 350 and my digital thermometer was at 293, and customers analog thermometer were at 250. Unit cycled off when my thermometer was at 312 and cycled back on at 290. Unit got up to 365 before cycling off again, getting down to 320. Unit seems to be cycling too low calibrated temp up 10 and advised customer that at pre heat beep, unit will not be fully to temp, waiting 10 minutes allows to hot air to circulate to middle of oven to allow for proper temp and baking. Unit checks ok."
