Found that track was slightly bent lowering drawer and scraping against bottom of frame of pedestal adjusted brackets and used spacer for proper alignment and operation. Drawers opening and closing correctly at this time. All other checks are good customer to observe; used 1 WPW10221048 (Spacer) from stock

Level unit down to lower setting and ran unit through cycle with load of clothes and tuned balancing for proper operation. Recommended customer to use a fresh cleaning tablets. All checks are good; used 1 W10135699 (Affresh) from stock

"Found lower drain motor locked up, replaced and tested unit, checks ok."

"Found screen on unit resetting itself constantly, intermittently responding and at one point started operation by itself. Determined user interface has a short causing glitchy operation, needs replaced. Board W10233387 is discontinued and not available for repair, unit cannot be repaired."
