Chris gave me information his previous tecks had not which makes all the difference in my using the new stove. It showed that he knew the stove and how to use it. When he didn't know the answer he talked to someone else who did. The information is not in any of the information given with the stove. The last three service calls would not have been needed if I had had this information. Iappreciated his going the extra mile.
