John was on time, friendly and seemed knowledgeable. He was not able to diagnose the problem however and left with instructions for us to continue to watch it, despite being told that we've already watched it for weeks. At this point the trip was a waste of everyone's time. My problem still exists and we are no closer to getting it resolved.
