Boyd tech support 7742382093 Unit seems to be cooling at this time. Did find that condenser fan motor had to be started manually before it would run. Customer is asking questions about products safety after it is cleaned because of the mold and maggots. Asked tech support about this and they said it should be fine once it has been cleaned. Customer stated wife is a lawyer and is wanting this information because there afraid of there kids getting sick from the mold that is in freezer.
