Used steamer and removed frost from evaporator. Repalced thermistor and heater. Tested heater in diagnostics heater was working. Customer will monitor operation.

Gearcase is leaking oil and bearings are locking up. Ran diagnostics found nomother issues. Quoted customer. Repair declined at this time. W11454372 gearcase 252.58 labor 150.

Defrost system has no continuity through wires from main control. Can put unit into forced defrost. Do get power out of main control. Please order parts for customer ; ordrng 1 W11581973 (Harness) and 1 W11546981 (Heater) and 1 W10384183 (Thermistor.)

Wired in new control and used steamer to remove frost from evaporator. Informed customer it would take 24 hours to reach proper temperature.

Check the refrigerator over found the evaporator completely Frozen defrosting evaporator checked by metal or defrost thermistor as well as defrost heater defrost heater showed 12 ohms had a positive reading on the defrost thermistor unit needs main board replaced; ordrng 1 W11566851 (Main control)
