"Auth- m18sys0al2Unit hd cover detach from bottom transmission this caused the pulley and the belt to grind in to cover, for harness to become damaged and actuator broken off of transmission. Replaced multiple parts including transmission on unit for completion of repair. Tested after repair and confirmed proper operation. Customer to observe"

Unit would need multiple parts replaced for this repair. Customer wanting to reach out to distributor for exchange. Customer will call if replacement parts as needed

"Customer stated unit would make a loud knocking noise during operation, tested unit in a drain and spin and found no issues, then ran unit through a normal cycle with 2 bath towels to test filling and agitating, then ran another drain and spin to spin with weight in tub, found unit spinning properly but found a tapping sound from the fill hoses, adjusted washer and hoses to prevent noise, unit checks ok."

DRYER WHIRLPOOL MED7230HC0 Replaced the harness and control for repair. All checks and tests are good after repair. Customer to observe. unit is heating and getting good airflow
