Upper oven average temp 358 when set at 350 lower average is 420 when its set informed customer about preheating times.how it can take 15 minutes to half an hour to be fully preheated. Operation checks ok customer will monitor operation. Customer is not pleased with operation of oven. Customer refused to sign

In diagnostics F8E1 for long fill. Found defective inlet valve. Replaced inlet valve and tested in diagnostics operation checks good for customer. ; used 1 W11210459 ( Valve) from stock

Dryer had proper power. Confirmed relay on control was working by placing meter in it and watching voltage go to zero. Used meter found element and thermostat to be good. Found red white wire on motor loosemin molex plug. Wire was not burnt pushed wire back into molex plug and attached it to motor. Reassembled and tested dryer showed customer.
