Installed Blower Wheel / Motor. The blower wheel that was ordered was damaged. I used a truck stock to install. Ran unit checks OK. ; used 1 WP697772 ( Blower wheel) from stock

Issue - after unit runs for a bit unit starts making noise. Found broken blower wheel. Ordering Blower Wheel WP697772 ( $ 54.44 ) / Motor W11364931 ( $ 247.47 ). Labor $ 175.00.Next visit Friday 41224. Collected today - Service Call & Parts & Labor.Next visit - Just install parts. ; ordrng 1 W11364931 (Motor) and 1 WP697772 (Blower Wheel)

Installed --- Drain pump assembly. Ran unit to observe ----- checks OK.

Issue --- not draining properly. Ordering --- Drain pump. Next visit---- Thursday 6--15--23.Next visit --- collect $ 167.77 for Part & Labor $ 153.00. ; ordrng 1 W11458345 (Drain pump)

Issue ---- not draining. F9E1 ( Long Drain ) F0E2 ( Over suds ) F5E3 ( lid lock will not unlock ) F8E1 ( long fill ). Took unit apart. Drain pump is on front bottom of unit. Took unit apart to get to drain pump. Various items plugging Drain pump. Cleaned filter & put unit back together. Ran unit to observe ---- unit is draining OK now. Advised customer to clean washer monthly with Affresh.
