Verified wiring on recently installed new timer. Customer also asked about washer not turning on. Breaker was tripped to dryer and washer had no power. Washer is running via extension cord provided by customer. Numerous on dryer appeared to be shorted out. Replaced timer and reassembled. Plugged dryer back in and breaker tripped again. Reset breaker dryer now runs showed customer. Advised customer to have electrician verify wiring at both outlets. ; used 1 W11685947 ( Timer) from stock

Sump assembly is bad needs replaced please order part for customer. ; ordrng 1 W11613479 (Sump assembly)

Replaced tub ring and inner gasket. Did system recalibration. Placed comforter customer gave for testing saturated it then ran entire rinse and spin cycle did not have a water leak during testing.

In diagnostics had F8E1 for long fill. Showed customer that water pressure is decreasing. As washer begins to fill. Water fill pattern decreases as its filling. Explained to customer plumber is needed to fix water issue.

Rotor bolt was loose. Installed new slider kit. Tested in diagnostics. Operation checks ok. ; dspstn on spec-tagged invntry: 1 W11449841 GEARCASE
