"Found unit evaporator completely frozen over again, ran through all checks with techline and found freezer ambient thermistor is reading too high, so as freezer keeps cooling to try and get thermistor down to temp, unit never defrost, unit needs new freezer thermistor. Defrosted unit with steamer and cleared water tray.SR: 7738887555 Chris; ordrng 1 W10316760 (Thermistor)"

Tyler was very thorough during his visit. He spoke with Whirlpool about the problem and worked with their tech to check everything going on with the refrigerator. He then explained it to me completely. I was very pleased with the service.
