Tech support Brandon 7737469490Unit had no charge in system. Pressure tested system with nitrogen have cabinet behind evaporator it van be heard. Called tech support unitnis being sent for review informed customer.

Washer has no error codes and went through diagnostics cycle. Had customer load washer and let it run. Found no issues with washer. Informed customer all functions are normal.
