"Found unit has no refrigerant in system, running and 0.59 amps. Cut off suction tube cap and installed process stub, charged unit with 151.3 PSI nitrogen and monitor for 30 minutes, charge did not drop. Could not find any issue at this time, recharged unit and advised customer to monitor, checks ok.; used 1 W11504420 (Coupler) from stock"

Issue --- not spinning. The floor behind the washer is bad --- consequently causing the washer rear foot assembly is not touching the floor so when the unit is being used the tub drops down & the pulley shield isRubbing against the pulley creating resistance. Unit has F7E1 ( basket speed fault ). Pulled unit out to run Test cycle ----- Checked OK. Explained to customer that until they get floor fixed they will have to run washer With it pulled out from back flooring.
