"Lid lock-WPW10482836 control-W11712987Inspected unit, found unit stuck in flood mode continuously running drain, cleared out flood error and ran through recalibration cycle for control, ran through auto test cycle to verify proper operation of the water valves, agitate and spin mode and drain, the lock is also checking okay, all operation checks okay at this time, if customer calls back in with any issues send out lid lock and main control, parts are covered, labor is out of warranty at this point, service call covered for 90 days"

Issue --- won't spin or agitate. F8E6 ( no fill ) F2E3 ( mismatched CNTRL / UI ). I ran test cycle to observe.Unit ran through test Cycle OK. Found drain hose DEEP into stand-pipe. Adjusted drain hose. Unit checks OK. Asked customer to observe.
