"937-478-5111 TyWas able to rewire harness for ice maker and install new ice maker, ice maker cycled but now is not filling with water, had to remove refrigerator from cabinet to disassemble water valve and found that it is shorted out, but the new ice maker is sending power down to the valve, customer wants the water valve and the water filter replaced as well, ordering parts, will need to remove refrigerator on return visit to perform repair; ordrng 1 EDR5RXD1 (Filter) and 1 WP2313917 (Valve) and 1 Shipping"

Stops mid-cycle. Customer said unit also sometimes over heats. Lint screen was TOTALLY pluggedUp with lint. I ran unit to observe - unit checks OK. Unit is running HOT because venting is plugged. The vent runs to to roof. Partner Team is shipping the lint screen directly to customer.Order # is - 153864403317.

I was very pleased with my service experience with A-Z Appliances. I was contacted the day before to let me know when my arrival window was. Neil, the service man, contacted me prior to arrival to let me know exactly when he would be there. He was very pleasant and professional. I trained people on how to give great customer services for over 20 years, and I was impressed. His attention to detail and sense of urgency was spot on. He informed me of what was going on each step of the way, so I never wondered what was going on. He explained everything so that I would understand. I actually enjoyed my service call!
