Called techline and per techline, ran through checks and found most likely issue is intermittent contact in the icemaker bin switch. "Customer stated unit was not drying properly, unit was overheating, and unit had water leak on the floor. Tested unit and found dryer is operating properly but vent seems to be blocked, used vent test kit on dryer to test venting while connected and disconnected from wall vent, found unit seems to be venting properly when disconnected from wall but not venting properly while connected, advised customer there is a blockage somewhere in the wall vent and dryervent needs cleaned, if customer is still having issues after vent is cleaned advised them to call us back. Unit checks ok for now."

"Found new tenants have just moved in and not used the dishwasher, called landlord and landlord stated old tenants said unit was not finishing cycles. Found breaker was shut off to unit, turned breaker on and ran unit though a normal wash cycle to test unit, found unit filling, washing, and draining properly. Then ran unit through auto test and found unit seems to be operating properly under auto test as well. Advised new tenants to use dishwasher and monitor potential issue. Unit checks ok for now."
