Found orientation of wiring plug was switched not allowing unit to get full 240 V to all burners for proper function and operation rerouted wiring and confirmed proper operation of all burners and bake element/broiler. After repair all checks are good customer to observe; used 1 W11390781 (Tie) from stock

Issue Water leaking from dispenser on left fridge door. Customer said sometimes ice will ; ordrng 1 W11446818 (Inlet valve) and 1 WP2314271 (1/4 check valve) and 1 8201815 (5/16 check valve)

"Customer stated unit started and would only turn one direction, not back and forth. No error codes, tested and unit began cycle properly. Canceled and restarted under load, still operating properly. Checked underneath, no issue with shifter, cam, gearcase, or motor. Could not locate or recreate any other issues at this time, customer to monitor unit and video of issue recurs, checks ok."
