Joel was great. Previous service tech from a different company had been out and simply ran a couple of computer scans and told us nothing was wrong, so he could not fix it.
Joel with A to Z came out and listened to us explain what was happening and he immediately went to work taking the freezer
apart and found the cause of the problem and corrected it. It involved some time but his concern was not how long it
took, but that he fixed the problem properly. Once the correction was made he cleaned up in a manner that nobody would have known the freezer had been completely
disassembled 30 minutes before.
Needless to say A to Z will be
our application service company in the future. Will request Joel but I feel
confident that the other service techs will do a great job as well. Five Stars to A to Z and especially Joel.
