Issue --- won't spin or agitate. F8E6 ( no fill ) F2E3 ( mismatched CNTRL / UI ). I ran test cycle to observe.Unit ran through test Cycle OK. Found drain hose DEEP into stand-pipe. Adjusted drain hose. Unit checks OK. Asked customer to observe.

"Installed main control board on previous visit, was advised by Whirlpool warranty that the coverage on the commercial washer differs from a standard residential Appliance warranty, the parts are covered for 24 months on the washer but the labor is only covered for 3 months from the date of purchase, we actually need to bill for service call and labor but have not collected for it yet, we can take a credit card over the phone is the easiest way to pay AtoZ appliance."
