"Found locking lug on the left side of the unit on both the front and back where not installed correctly, installed correctly and reinstalled the dishwasher. Leak checked. All operations are now good. Cus to observe."

"Complaint of long dry times, checked unit over, found very poor airflow, checked exterior vent, found vent complete clogged, cleared as well as possible, recommended to replace exterior vent flap to ensure proper airflow and dry times."

Checked over unit confirmed proper draining operation of pump instructed customer that small amount of water may stay in bottom of Reservoir area underneath filter and this is normal for this unit. Also helped customer with replacement of the filter for refrigerator and resetting of filter and air filter indicator lights. All checks are good customer to observe
