"Customer stated after power outage on Tuesday, power came back on at 3am on Wednesday and unit was making loud clicking/grinding noise, however, on Wednesday afternoon, the noise stopped and hasn't happened since. Tested unit and found all fans, the damper, and the compressor are working properly and operating at proper noise levels, advised customer to monitor unit and to record the sound if it comes back to help us narrow down where sound is coming from. Unit checks ok."
