"Inspected unit, found multiple cartons of milk frozen solid in refrigerator section, some areas of refrigerator were measuring 37? and other areas for measuring 32? in the lower parts of the shelving and Deli drawers, removed all shelving and drawers and replaced temperature thermistor, verified damper is opening and closing properly, fans are running properly, customer to observe all checks okay at this time"

"Customer stated unit has frozen food on left side of fridge since install until 2 days ago when it corrected to a normal temp, now fridge is in mid-30's and freezer at 0. Fans and compressor running properly, thermistors reading good in test mode, doors all sealing well. No issues present at this time, advised customer to monitor, checks ok."

"Found front left burner staying on high as.long as it's on no matter the setting due to shorted burner switch. Replaced switch and tested unit, checks ok."

"Found icemaker producing maybe once a day, icemaker thermistor reading open despite freezer being at 0 and tray having fully frozen batch. Replaced icemaker and tested unit, checks ok."

"Found unit runs but makes a loud scraping noise constantly. Disassembled and found an extra front panel screw was dropped in at factory and got stuck in front edge of drum removed and tested unit, no noise, checks ok."
