Left drawer sags a little will need new rails for left drawer please order parts for customer. ; ordrng 1 W11397195 (Left rail) and 1 W11409809 (Right rail)

Washer had f9 e1 error code. Unit did drain but pump would shut off and water would still be in washer. Installed new drain pump tested unit with customer operation checks ok. Also informed customer that broken window in laundry room can let room get to cold and water will freeze in washer.

Did not find water leak on washer. Did show customer bad outlet for power failure error code. Fill washer with water and had no leak. Found no water stains. Customer will monitor operation.
