Machine over found the retaining bushings for front and rear right side of the in a basket at cracked and the inner basket dropped and hit the floor when it hit it pushed the drain pump up into the tub cracking the inner tub or the outer tub needs the outer tub replaced as well as the drain pump and the suspension rods; ordrng 1 W10371566 (Inner tub) and 1 W11217817 (Rods) and 1 W10919003 (Pump)

Check the machine over found a broken lid strike replace the strike unit operating properly at this time customer will observe to confirm operation

Check the washer over found customers complaint was unit was stuck in drain on inspection found no error codes in the machine recalibrated the control unit operating properly at this time field unit till it started to agitate then manually drained after unit drained noticed large amount of sods in the bottom of the machine construction on laundry soap usage put in a fresh cleaning tablet and started a clean cycle; used 1 W10135699 (Affresh tablet) from stock

"Per testing found that the unit had no lights or any operation of any components. Turned the power off to the unit and rebooted the control. Powered the unit back up and all components are came back on and the unit is operating as designed. Compressor, fans and airflow are all good. Prior 1 yr service call."
