"Complaint of unit not starting. Plugged unit in and tested timed dry, unit started normally, heated well, tested all around timer, unit functions normally at this time. All checks ok."

"Unit has extensive damage to front of the panel and drum to metal surfaces were scraping against each other because the gasket was not properly installed upon assembly and the drum has worn down into the plastic spacers that were installed into it. "Complait of unit not starting cycles. Confirmed issue checked unit over, found voltage from wall drops drastically anytime unit is started, reset breaker and retetsed. Unit will intermittently be able to start up and run, but voltage is inconsistent. Recommended to have electrician check on wall outlet and breaker to ensure proper power to unit."
