"Found unit is giving F2E1 stuck key error when top oven, or both ovens are going, if bottom oven is used error is not coming up, called technline talked to Art SR7738875665, per tech line unit is having a communication error for the top oven, per tech line ordering Appliance manager, wire harness, and control panel.; ordrng 1 W11448962 (Appliance manager) and 1 W11256625 (Wire harness) and 1 W11600643 (Control panel) and 1 W11598202 (Air flow)"

Joel solves the problem and tries to find ways to do so in the least expensive and yet effective manner. He knows what he is doing and tries to help instead of trying to move as quickly thru the visit so he can move on to the next one.
