Also, Explained to the customer the wattage differences in the 3 ring burner and the 2 ring burner. Tested all over components and ran bake cycles both ovens are working as designed. Explained to the customer that if using both ovens to preheat the one and then the other one and to let the oven preheat 10 - 15 minutes longer after the control beeps that the unit has reached temperature.
