Stops mid-cycle. Customer said unit also sometimes over heats. Lint screen was TOTALLY pluggedUp with lint. I ran unit to observe - unit checks OK. Unit is running HOT because venting is plugged. The vent runs to to roof. Partner Team is shipping the lint screen directly to customer.Order # is - 153864403317.

Not draining all the way. F0E9 ( off balance ) F9E0 ( off balance condition ). The drain pump connector was damaged. I fixed the connection to drain pump. Unit checks OK. Installed wire tie To secure wiring in place. ; used 1 W11390781 ( Wire tie) from stock

"Customer stated unit was shaking too much and drum went out of balance in several normal loads. No error codes, tested components and found no issues in test mode. Added load and confirmed issue customer was referencing but found unit shaking due to not having enough water to balance the load. Changed to heavy duty cycle and unit began operating properly, spins out a full load fine and is balanced. Advised customer of different cycle settings and methods, unit checks ok."

"Per testing in a fill cycle found that the unit would fill for a little while and then stop and shut off. If restarted it would start filling again. Found that the water lines were reversed on the supply valves. Corrected water lines and checked operation , operation checks ok. Customer will observe operation."

I was very pleased with my service experience with A-Z Appliances. I was contacted the day before to let me know when my arrival window was. Neil, the service man, contacted me prior to arrival to let me know exactly when he would be there. He was very pleasant and professional. I trained people on how to give great customer services for over 20 years, and I was impressed. His attention to detail and sense of urgency was spot on. He informed me of what was going on each step of the way, so I never wondered what was going on. He explained everything so that I would understand. I actually enjoyed my service call!
