Replace the fill valve on the washer still had a leak at the hose connection for the cold water side customer had another hose I removed the hose washer from a different hose and installed it with grease unit operating properly at this time customer will observe for continued operation

Check the machine over customers complaint is leaking on the cold water side in through the valve unit must have debris under the Piston of the solenoid will require replacement of the fill valve; ordrng 1 W11210463 (Valve)

Check the unit over customers complaint is of a noise clicking noise coming from the gear case found when I lifted the unit up all the oil from the gear cases on the floor and spread around the inside cabinet of the washer unit needs the gear case the rotor and stator replaced; ordrng 1 W10868473 (Gearcase) and 1 W10915700 (Stator) and 1 W10915701 (Rotor) and 1 W10902814 (Washplate)

Per testing found that the relay on the control to the broil element is stuck closed causing the unit to continue heating after reaching temperature.
