"Found unit still randomly stopping water dispensing and then starting again. Took apart dual valve and found issue with one wire connection to dispenser, replaced valve and corrected wiring, tested unit, checks ok."

"Customer stated unit intermittently won't dispense water and also noted door alarm does not ding but light works. Water working on arrival, tested around 20 times with no issue. Found door alarm works but left door mullion doesn't close smooth causing door to get stuck open easy while still depressing door switch. Added grease to mullion for smoother closure and door works much better now, no alarm issues. Checked wiring, filter, and valves, no water issues. Advised customer to monitor unit for now, checks ok."
