Opponent inspection found ice buildup in the ice room hindering the ice arm from operating properly unsure where the ice is coming from spoke with tech line spoke with Nate spoke with another technician none of them have ever seen or experienced this before tech line seem to think that it was frost build up for a minute damper that it was not operating properly all the time I operated the damper in diagnostic mode damper operating properly at this time what seems more seat feasible would be overspray from the valve when it opens and closes I'm going to order at the damper and the valve both I turn the ice maker off and I'm going to reschedule the customer for 10 days out when we come back we'll inspect for ice and see if the ice is there that should tell us whether it's the damper or the valve; ordrng 1 67006322 (Valve) and 1 WP67006341 (Damper seal) and 1 WPW10127427 (Damper)

Check the machine over customer's complaint is no ice upon inspection found unit making a E2 error code is stuck motor replace the ice maker unit operating properly at this time customer will observe operation to confirm; used 1 W11658802 (Icemaker) from stock

"Customer stated unit makes a buzzing, metallic sound while spinning. Couldn't recreate on arrival, no debris inside of unit. Shifted frame and noise started, determined motor has a slight angle causing fan to buzz on housing. Adjusted housing and frame but couldn't get noise to stop unless frame is resting on an angle. Determined motor and mount assembly would need replaced for proper fix but noise is currently much quieter in current position, advised customer unit will work as is, customer declined repair at this time, unit otherwise checks ok.Motor assembly DC93-00101U $350.58 Labor $153.00 Shipping $25.00"

"Customer stated unit wouldn't steam clean again after first time. Determined customer waited a day before trying it a second time but she stated button was completely unresponsive. Found customer may have turned on control lock to clean it the first time, advised this locks button panel and not the door, unit now responding and going into clean properly, checks ok."
