Found the address listed in the ticket is incorrect customer will need to call back in to correct address for further service. Repair completed on our end all other checks are good customer to observe

Checked Valve solenoids door gasket drain hose drain pump took back off washer and lid ran through wash cycle drain and spin. No drips no moisture no leaks anywhere. Customer to observe customer will call if they noticed anything and if a technician in the area I told them we would try to be able to swing out to catch it while it is still wet. Everything is dry there is no water damage all checks are good

"Replaced belt and cam due to belt slipping on cam assembly and causing squealing noise, also belt was dry and making creaking noise when rotating, after repair ran unit in cycle and tested. All sounds and checks are now good. Cus to observe.; used 1 W10721967 (Cam), and 1 W11239857 (Belt) from stock"

"Inspected unit, found unit was leaking at water line connection to water valve assembly, was able to remove water line connection and clean threads, installed thread tape on plastic water valve, reconnected valve connection and tightened, secured copper water line with Fastener to the back cabinet of the refrigerator, verified unit has good water pressure and has no leaks at the repaired connection, all checks okay"
