Could not test washer as it would not turn on. Had 12.89 volts dc at black and red wires at panel. Replaced panel washer still would not turn on. With helpmfrom customer pulled out washer replaced acu retested after reassembly ran diagnostics cycle. Customer is also aware gate valve is leaking.
