"Customer stated unit had stopped cooling for 5 days, everything warmed up and thawed out, then sometime after those 5 days, unit started cooling again. Upon arrival, unit was in a defrost cycle but unit was cold inside, found unit had what seemed to have been a full frost pattern but it was in a defrost so it was melting away. Found compressor was warm like it had been running. Advised customer if issue was in the compressor (due to overheat or leak or anything like that), compressor would not stop working for 5 days, then start working again. Determined issue is in main control, causing unit to not kick on properly. Advised customer we need to submit for authorization for repair.; rqstng P&A on 1 5304537682 (Main control)"

"Customer stated unit goes a couple weeks where it makes ice, then stops for a while, then starts again. Unit also is not dispensing ice properly. Upon arrival tested unit, unit is making ice properly as of now but is not dispensing. Found ice bin locking up causing it to not dispense the ice properly. Ordering new ice bin. On return, replacing ice bin, motor coupler, ice chute, and icemaker.; ordrng 1 W11244434 (Ice bin)"

Customer stated freezer seems to be fine but fridge is not cooling properly. Confirmed complaint and found evap fan not running. Found fan receiving proper voltage but still not running and ohmed way out of range. Unit needs new fan.; ordrng 1 Shipping (Shipping) and 1 WR60X31522 (Evap fan motor)

"Customer stated when unit runs on any cycle with extra rinse, unit never shuts off, will just continue to run until canceled, but when ran on normal rinse, unit runs properly and stops after rinse and spin. Found no error codes stored in unit, also found unit running through auto test properly. Ran unit in rinse and spin with extra rinse on and found unit did not stop filling. After test, unit tried to drain and did not drain all the water out, unit shut off before all the water was out, unit needs new main comtrol to correct issue due to bad pressure swithc and potential bad software.; ordrng 1 W11735316 (ACU)"

"Customer stated, when using either the oven or the cooktop, unit works properly, but when they try to use both at the same time unit trips the breaker after 30 seconds to a minute. Tested unit and confirmed complaint. Found when either oven or cooktop is working, unit checks ok, but after using both, breaker trips. Called techline and found unit tripping breaker at 26 amps. Per tecline, issue is a bade breaker or bad electrical connection between outlet and breaker box. Oven checks ok. Customer to have electrician out to inspect house wiring and breaker.
