Warmer weather brings with it everyone’s desire to get outside and mingle. Feast on Cincinnati’s foodie town fun not to be missed in May!
Maifest, May 18-20, Covington KY, Free Admission
Roll across the John Roebling bridge the following weekend, May 18th through 20th, for plenty of wine and beer tastings at the 39th Annual Maifest celebration in Covington, Kentucky. Beginning at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, enjoy free live music, family activities, and food and beverage vendors galore. There will be three stages, a bungee trampoline, and arts and crafts booths to feed your soul. A myriad of activities throughout the day and evening hours will be sure to provide something for everyone to enjoy as they meander from booth to booth sampling German foods, beers, Asian cuisine, and more.
Taste of Cincinnati, May 26-28, Downtown Cincy, Free Admission
Since 1979, Taste of Cincinnati has grown from a one-day event to the 3-day event covering five blocks in downtown Cincy that it is today. Featuring over 100 dishes from more than 40 local restaurants, plus live music, games, and rides, once again this is another fun foodie festival from a city that thrives on great eats. Don’t miss out from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, and from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Sunday!
