- Positive survey feedback from real Whirlpool customers that Joel has helped
- High first time repair rate, Joel was fixing a majority of the repair issues in one trip, saving his customers valuable time and getting them back up and running quick.
- Successful diagnosis and low parts usage. AtoZ techs, including Joel, know how to diagnose an appliance and ensure that we only replace parts that are absolutely necessary.
