Unit had incorrect serial number put in correct serial for this unit unit shows it was purchased last month. Unit has three month warranty and is in warranty.. found unit was not draining consistently due to drain hose length and installation rerouted and adjusted drain hose for proper draining height recalibrated main electronic control and confirmed all other checks are good customer to observe

Replaced user interface and tested for proper operation after repair unit is operational and good to go

Unit has communication error. Will need the user interface replaced for repair. Rescheduling for this install ; ordrng 1 W11492896 (Ui)

W11743884 control main Commercial tech line. Stating unit has communication error from main electronic control and would need main control replaced for repair. Tested harness and multiple voltage checks with tech line. Rescheduling for soonest availability of part ; schdld next appmnt for 8/8 FRI !

"SR7740495691 TJ Checked the refrigerator per the customers complaint of not cooling in the refrigerator section, found a good frost pattern on the evaporator. Unit also had a full bin of ice. Called Whirlpool tech support and spoke with TJ, determined that the thermistor was out of range. Replaced the thermistor and the unit is operating properly at this time. The customer will continue to observe to confirm diagnosis. ; pckd up 1 Wpw10384183 (Thermistor)"
