Output thermistor was not plugged in. Plugged it in tested 2 times with customer operation checks OK showed customer.

Unit was having drain issue verified all drain pump and hose were good. Found dispsol plug not removed. Tested several times with customer operation checks OK.

Customer stated that the front right burner had seem to have gotten hotter after removing the pan from the burner but the burner did not glow red. Tested the burner for proper cycling and noted that the operation is normal. Fromt left burne has a set oint at medium that goes from warm to hot instantly. Advised the customer that all the operation are normal and that as long as the hotmsurface light is on until the cooktop cools down that it si operating as designed. All functions are normal. Wp wrn
