Found that odor for ice is most likely caused due to the rubber waterline that is older at the back of the unit and its starting to break down. Recommending to replace waterline for this issue also removed and receipted filter properly and to filter housing to prevent leaking also removed cover for dampener assembly and receded damper assembly to ensure no cold air leaks and freezing. All other checks are good customer to observe
