"Complaint of unit burners turning on and off while cooking. Customer put pot of water on burner on high setting to confirm issue. Burner glows for 3-4 minutes, then turns off for 3-4 mins, then cycles back on, surface temp of burner is staying above 300 degrees the entire time. Advised this is normal operation, thermal limiter is built into burner coil, will always cycle on and off. Advised burners are designed this way because of government regulations.
