Stops mid-cycle. Customer said unit also sometimes over heats. Lint screen was TOTALLY pluggedUp with lint. I ran unit to observe - unit checks OK. Unit is running HOT because venting is plugged. The vent runs to to roof. Partner Team is shipping the lint screen directly to customer.Order # is - 153864403317.

Neil was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. He identified the issue with my washer quickly and explained the problem in a way I could understand. Very personable! Unfortunately the part I needed was not in stock so he had to make a second visit.
