Removed top panel. Used meter found proper voltage at dryer terminal block. Removed front panel and drum used meter and found open heating element. Quoted customer. Replaced heating element and reassembled dryer. Tested dryer showed customer dryer now has heat. ; dspstn on spec-tagged invntry: 1 WP3387747 ELEMENT
