Oven is working properly at this time. Oven temp is set for 375 and average temp is 376.unit was on upon arrival asked customer to monitor operation.

Panel did not turn on removed bottom panel and found power wires loose. Tightened wires and retested with customer operation checks ok.

Washer did not power on upon arrival. Removed console used meter and verified power at main control. Replaced main control and did factory recalibration cycle. Reassembled console and ran diagnostics cycle operation checks ok. Informed customer.

Unit is flashing lock error unplugged and plugged back in. Unit rwent thru diagnostics then would not start cycle again until it was unplugged. Please order control for customer. ; ordrng 1 W11513246 (Control)
